AIA Philippines and BPI AIA reserve the right to change the benefit mechanics without prior notice.
This benefit may be subject to other terms and conditions of Gold’s Gym and/or UFC Gym.
By availing of this benefit, you agree to hold AIA Philippines and BPI AIA free and harmless from any liability, loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from your acceptance and/or use of the benefit. AIA Philippines and BPI AIA, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and related companies, or its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives or agents shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of the use of the benefit under the same. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the benefit is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose or use or non-infringement.
By using the benefit, you agree for AIA Philippines, BPI AIA, Gold’s Gym and UFC Gym to collect information and for purposes of benefit fulfillment.
AIA Vitality reserves the right to verify your member eligibility, revoke points, withdraw the benefit and/or block access to the AIA Vitality app if audit shows that fraud has been committed to qualify for the benefit.
