Advance booking is required to avail of the AIA Vitality related assessments.
AIA Vitality rates are VAT inclusive.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
AIA Vitality rates cannot be used in conjunction with other promos and discounts.
Your AIA Vitality membership must be active at the time of benefit availment.
Your benefit may be subject to other terms and conditions of MediCard.
AIA Philippines and BPI AIA reserve the right to change the benefit mechanics without prior notice.
By availing of the benefit, you agree to hold AIA Philippines and BPI AIA free and harmless from any liability, loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from your acceptance and/or use of the benefit. AIA Philippines and BPI AIA, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and related companies, or its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, or agents shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of the use of the benefit under the same. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the benefit is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose or use or non-infringement.
By using the benefit, you agree for AIA Philippines, BPI AIA and MediCard to collect information and for purposes of benefit fulfilment.
AIA Vitality reserves the right to verify your member eligibility, revoke points, withdraw the benefit and/or block access to the AIA Vitality app if audit shows that fraud has been committed to qualify for the benefit.
For assistance in any disputes, discrepancies, or other concerns, send an email to ask@aiavitality.com.ph or call AIA Philippines (02) 8528 2000 or BPI AIA (02) 8528 5501 within thirty (30) days from the date of activity in question. Beyond this period, points statement and promo benefit(s) availed will be considered binding and final, and escalations will no longer be entertained.
