• You must be an active and paying AIA Vitality retail member within the promo period. AIA PH and BPI AIA employees are not eligible to participate in this promo.

• You must be a Filipino citizen or a permanent resident of the Philippines.

• You must be 18 years old and above.

• Bronze: 3 monthly winners of PHP10,000 shopping voucher

How to Join: 

Earn one (1) raffle entry for completing these steps: 

1. Earn 300 AIA Vitality Points within the month of the promo period. 

2. Submit Entry Form.

Mechanics:

• The 300-point monthly requirement can be earned from any points-earning activity. 

• Your points must be reflected in the Points History in the AIA Vitality app. 

• Points that are rejected due to maximum annual limit already reached for that activity, will not count towards the 300-point monthly requirement.

• Your prize eligibility will be based on your current membership status at the time of the draw.

• You can only earn a maximum of one (1) raffle entry within the month, regardless if you have exceeded 300 points per month. Duplicate entry submissions will be disqualified. 

• If you changed status within the month, you will only qualify for the higher prize based on your current membership status.

• Your declared information in the Entry Form and completed points-earning activities will be subject to verification. Your entry will be disqualified if inaccuracies are found.

• You can only win once within the promo period. 

• You can win in this promo and still qualify in the other AIA Vitality promos.

Winners' Notification and Claiming:

• AIA Vitality will draw the winners through a digital raffle generator and verify the entry submissions within (7) business days at the end of the promo period.

• Winners will be informed through the email address provided in the Entry Form and in the official Facebook accounts of AIA Philippines and BPI AIA within (7) business days from the winners’ announcement date.

• The prizes will be delivered digitally to the winners’ mobile number and email address provided in the Entry Form within thirty (30) calendar days from winners’ announcement date.

• Prizes not received within thirty (30) calendar days from initial prize delivery date due to wrong or uncontactable email address and/or mobile number provided in the Entry Form will be forfeited in favor of AIA Vitality.

• By accepting the prize, winners agree to hold AIA Philippines and BPI AIA free and harmless from any liability, loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from their participation in the promo and/or acceptance and/or use of the prize. AIA Philippines and BPI AIA, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and related companies, or its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, or agents shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of the participant’s joining this promo and/or claiming and use of the prizes under the same. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the prizes under this promo are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose or use or non-infringement.

Terms and Conditions: 

• The winner's AIA Vitality membership must be active at the time of prize awarding.

• Prizes are not convertible to cash.

• Prizes that are not given due to lack of qualified entries/winners shall be forfeited in favor of AIA Vitality.

• AIA Vitality reserves the right to change the prize as long as the monetary value is equivalent to, or higher, than the announced prize. 

  AIA Philippines and BPI AIA reserve the right to change the promo mechanics without prior notice.

• By joining the promo, you agree for AIA Philippines and BPI AIA to collect information and share the collected information to our AIA Vitality partner for purposes of prize delivery.

• By joining the promo, you agree to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of AIA Philippines and BPI AIA relating to the promo. You also agree that AIA Philippines and BPI AIA may publicize your name or photograph, in such mode and manner as AIA Philippines and BPI AIA consider fit.

• AIA Philippines and BPI AIA reserve the right to verify the eligibility of the winners and accuracy of the information provided in the Entry Form. Should there be any discrepancy between the winning entry and the information provided, the entry will be deemed disqualified and prize will be forfeited. Winners may be asked for additional information if submitted details are unverified.

• AIA Vitality reserves the right to revoke points and access to the AIA Vitality app, if audit shows that fraud has been committed during participation in this promo.

• For assistance in any disputes, discrepancies or other concerns, send an email to ask@aiavitality.com.ph or call AIA Philippines (02) 8528 2000 or BPI AIA (02) 8528 5501 within thirty (30) days from the date of activity in question. Beyond this period, points statement and reward/s claimed will be considered binding and final, and escalations will no longer be entertained.
