• The AIA Vitality Health Check consists of 4 basic assessments:

• Earn up to 10,000 AIA Vitality Points if your results are within the healthy range. Points for taking the AIA Vitality Health Check will only be awarded once every membership year. For results not within the healthy range, you can re-take the health test(s) within the same membership year and points will be awarded if new results are within the healthy range.

How to Avail:

1. Book an appointment at your preferred partner clinic nationwide.

2. Present your AIA Vitality e-membership card along with a valid government ID on the day of your visit.
